Mark Raymond Mason: Daily Photo Tip

Larger sensors don't necessarily have a resolution advantage if you're trying to maintain a large depth of field. This is because small apertures limit sharpness due to diffraction - and larger sensors require smaller apertures to maintain the same depth of field as smaller sensors.
