The Zoom F1 looks to be a great tool for capturing audio for wedding videos and/or interviews. The ability of the F1 to send a test tone to your DSLR makes syncing audio extremely easy in post, and its compact size will make it relatively easy for your subject to stow away in a pocket when used with the lav mic.
